If you are having difficulty with something then please email us, or if it is in normal office hours, please call. However here are some answers to some questions we are frequently asked:

 

What is the normal delivery?

Delivery is normally 3-4 days, or if you have paid for express your items will arrive sooner. Once you add items to your basket, you will be able to view a personal 'expected delivery date'.

 

I cannot put anything into the basket.  The button does not work.

Check first that you have made all the selections you need to.  The chances are there is another colour or size you need to select.

 

I do not know what size I am.

If you can, pop into a shop, try a mix and match suit on, and the chances are ours will fit nicely. We also have tape measures we can send out by post. However, if that is not possible, order a couple of sizes, you can always send one back. Most of the items have a size chart to help with sizing. 

 

How do I use your MySize Section?

First, you have to give us some basic details, like your size and other account information. Have a look here for more information.

 

Do you do a catalogue? 

No, sorry, it is one of the ways we keep our prices so low. If there is something on which you would like more information or something you would like that you cannot find, please contact us, on 01749 321141.

 

What do you do with my personal information?

We do not sell, lend, rent or any other form of passing on your details. They are your personal details, and we are a small private company that sells Ladies wear and Menswear, not a media company that sells information. So, please feel secure, I treat your information with the same care and respect that I treat my own.
